Pan-seared tilapia with warm lime vinaigrette

Ingredients

675g of tilapia fillet

60 ml of olive oil

2 green onions

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

15 ml of honey

125 ml of lime juice, the segments of 2 limes

60 ml of chopped fresh coriander

Salt, pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat half the oil and brown the fish fillets for about 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in a low oven. In the same skillet, sauté the green onions and garlic in the remaining oil until softened.

Add the honey and cook for 1 minute. Deglaze with the lime juice and reduce by half. Add the lime segments and cilantro.

Serve.
