MISO OF PINK SALMON LOIN

Ingredients

  • 4 pink salmon loins
  • 125 ml of white miso paste
  • 60 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 60 ml of maple syrup
  • 30 ml of soy sauce
  • 15 ml of sriracha sauce
  • 15 ml of mirin
  • 15 ml of rice vinegar
  • 30 ml of chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pink salmon loins.
  • Whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Marinate the loins in this preparation for two hours in the refrigerator.
  • Remove excess marinade and place on an ovenproof rack.
  • Preheat the oven and sear the loins until golden brown.
  • Finish baking in a 350 F oven for about 7 minutes.
  • Serve
