ORANGE ROASTED HADDOCK FILET WITH HOISIN SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 300 g of haddock fillet
  • 45 ml of hoisin sauce
  • 30 ml of orange juice concentrate
  • 15 ml of honey
  • 15 ml of orange zest
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F)
  • In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, orange juice concentrate, honey, zest, salt and pepper.
  • Place fillets on a baking sheet. Brush with sauce on both sides.
  • Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, remove from oven.
  • Serve
