ORANGE ROASTED HADDOCK FILET WITH HOISIN SAUCE

Ingredients
- 300 g of haddock fillet
- 45 ml of hoisin sauce
- 30 ml of orange juice concentrate
- 15 ml of honey
- 15 ml of orange zest
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F)
- In a bowl, combine hoisin sauce, orange juice concentrate, honey, zest, salt and pepper.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet. Brush with sauce on both sides.
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, remove from oven.
- Serve
