TERIYAKI ROASTED PANGASIUS FILLET

Ingredients

  • 4 pangasius fillets
  • 6 ml of honey
  • 45 ml of soy sauce
  • 5 ml of freshly grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F)
  • In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce and ginger. Reserve.
  • Place fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and season to taste.
  • Brush the fillets with the sauce.
  • Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle the fillets with the chopped green onions.
