TERIYAKI ROASTED PANGASIUS FILLET

Ingredients
- 4 pangasius fillets
- 6 ml of honey
- 45 ml of soy sauce
- 5 ml of freshly grated ginger
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F)
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce and ginger. Reserve.
- Place fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and season to taste.
- Brush the fillets with the sauce.
- Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the fillets with the chopped green onions.
