PAN-FRIED TILAPIA WITH WARM LIME VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients
- 675 g of tilapia fillet
- 60 ml of olive oil
- 2 green onions
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 15 ml of honey
- 125 ml of lime juice
- The supremes of 2 limes
- 60 ml of chopped fresh coriander
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- In a large frying pan, heat half the oil and brown the fish fillets for about 2 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a baking sheet in the oven at minimum temperature.
- In the same pan, soften the green onions and garlic in the remaining oil. Add the honey and cook for 1 minute. Deglaze with lime juice and reduce by half. Add lime segments and cilantro.
- Serve
