PAN-FRIED TILAPIA WITH WARM LIME VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 675 g of tilapia fillet
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 15 ml of honey
  • 125 ml of lime juice
  • The supremes of 2 limes
  • 60 ml of chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  • In a large frying pan, heat half the oil and brown the fish fillets for about 2 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a baking sheet in the oven at minimum temperature.
  • In the same pan, soften the green onions and garlic in the remaining oil. Add the honey and cook for 1 minute. Deglaze with lime juice and reduce by half. Add lime segments and cilantro.
  • Serve
